This year the team will be competing at 2 qualifying events, Granite State & Rhode Island. If the team is successful in securing a place at the District competition that will take place at University of New Hampshire-Durham. Dates and addresses for all of these are below. At both qualifying competitions a small group of mentors and students will travel up the evening before to deliver and unload the robot and pits – this will be discussed with the required students separately.

For the 2 qualifying events students will not require any time out of school. They will travel by AA Transportation bus to and from the venue on a daily basis.
Departure will be from Shrewsbury High School and is expected to be 6am, returning approximately 9pm on the first day and 8pm on the final day of each competition. I am waiting for the final schedule to confirm these times.
Students will need to wear their team shirts and bring money for food and snacks. They are expected to represent their school and team in a positive manner and follow all school and Robotics expected behaviors.
Students who have not completed the required 120 hours should discuss their eligibility with me as soon as possible.

If the team secures a place at the District Championship this will be an overnight travel competition and there will be a parent meeting as soon as we have details in place. This competition will require 3 day absence from school.
Completed permission forms need to be returned to me as soon as possible.
